GLENSTAR-MINERALS-2

In the accelerating shift toward clean energy and domestic supply-chain security, critical metals are becoming the new strategic battleground. Junior explorers in Tier-1 jurisdictions are now firmly on the radar of major miners, battery manufacturers, and industrial strategists.

Glenstar Minerals Inc. (CSE: GSTR | OTC: GSTRF | FSE: VO2) has, in just six months, transitioned from concept to execution. With first-phase drilling complete at its flagship Green Monster Project, assays already revealing a new high-grade discovery, and a second Nevada asset (Wildhorse) delivering early high-signal results, Glenstar is entering the high-newsflow phase where valuations can move sharply.

MARKET CONTEXT & MACRO DRIVERS

The global transition toward electrification, renewable energy, and strategic supply-chain independence has created a structural, long-term demand profile for critical and base metals. For North America, and especially the U.S., the question isn’t if more domestic production will be needed — it’s how quickly new, secure supply can be brought online.

The Strategic Metals in Focus:

    • Copper (Cu): Indispensable for transmission lines, EV charging stations, wind turbines, and solar power systems. Every major renewable project and EV platform is copper-intensive, with demand expected to double by 2035.

    • Nickel (Ni) & Cobalt (Co): Critical to the cathode chemistries of high-energy-density EV batteries, ensuring longer ranges and faster charging times. Supply constraints here could bottleneck EV adoption.

    • Zinc (Zn): Widely used for galvanizing steel in construction and infrastructure; also emerging in zinc-air and zinc-flow battery technologies for grid-scale storage.

    • Silver (Ag), Tungsten (W), Bismuth (Bi): Highly conductive and corrosion-resistant, essential in solar cells, semiconductors, and specialty alloys.

Why Nevada:
Nevada combines mineral-rich geology with stable governance, robust infrastructure, and a pro-mining regulatory framework. Projects can leverage existing road networks, power access, and skilled local labor — shortening timelines from discovery to development. Glenstar’s dual-asset position in Nevada means both its projects directly benefit from these jurisdictional advantages while aligning with U.S. critical-mineral policy.

FLAGSHIP PROJECT – GREEN MONSTER – FIRST DRILLING, NEW HIGH-GRADE DISCOVERY

The Green Monster Property, located in the historic Goodsprings Mining District of Clark County, covers ~700 acres across 35 patented lode claims. The property is bisected by the 30-km-long Green Monster Fault, a structure long known for its polymetallic potential but historically underexplored using modern techniques.

Historic Context:
Goodsprings has produced zinc, copper, lead, silver, nickel, and even uranium since the late 1800s, with historical operations limited by the technology and economics of their era. Green Monster’s patented claims — awarded historically only to properties with significant past production — suggest strong legacy potential.

Pre-2025 Data Points:

    • Historic channel sampling: 1.18 m @ 3.77% Cu, 3.06% Ni, 6.83% Zn, 0.21% Co.
    • Surface rock samples returned polymetallic signatures consistent with carbonate-hosted replacement systems and potential rare earth element associations.
    • Magnetic and geophysical surveys mapped a discrete high-intensity anomaly adjacent to known mineralized zones — interpreted as a possible feeder or core.

2025 Drilling Breakthrough:
In May 2025, Glenstar Minerals Inc. (CSE: GSTR | OTC: GSTRF | FSE: VO2) drilled Green Monster for the first time — 5 RC holes totaling ~500 m. The standout result came from hole GMST-4, which intersected:

    • ~10 m grading >30% Zn
    • Up to 5.7 oz/t Ag
    • Accompanying anomalous Cu, Ni, and Co

This mineralization occurred in the hanging wall — a structural position not targeted by historical miners — marking a brand-new discovery horizon. The zone remains open along strike and at depth, and the most intense portion of the magnetic anomaly was barely grazed.

Forward Plan:
Phase 2 drilling will directly target the anomaly’s core, with step-outs designed to trace the continuity of the Zn-Ag zone and test for additional polymetallic lenses. With assays still pending from four holes in the first program, the potential exists for more surprises even before Phase 2 begins.

WILDHORSE – SECOND ASSET, STRONG EARLY SIGNALS

The Wildhorse Property in Mineral County was staked in May 2025 for its geological potential, initially covering 900 acres (45 claims). Following immediate reconnaissance success, Glenstar Minerals Inc. (CSE: GSTR | OTC: GSTRF | FSE: VO2) expanded the land package in July to 1,220 acres (61 claims).

Phase 1 Reconnaissance:
Work programs covered over 1 km², mapping alteration zones, sampling mineralized outcrops, and running geochemical surveys. Two key zones emerged:

  1. Coca Cola Zone:
    • Grab samples up to 5.3% Cu
    • Avg 21.6 ppm Ag
    • Tungsten avg 72.5 ppm and bismuth avg 156 ppm
    • Geological context: chrysocolla-bearing zones and suspected wolframite veins, indicative of skarn mineralization related to a felsic intrusive source.

  2. Highland Zone:
    • Silver-rich (avg 43 ppm Ag)
    • Localized highs: 1.23% Zn, 1.98% Pb
    • Geological context: interpreted as a more distal manifestation of the same mineralizing system.

Why It Matters:
The metal suite — Cu, Ag, W, Bi — combined with mapped alteration patterns, points toward a porphyry/skarn system. These systems can host large tonnages with valuable by-product credits.

Next Steps:
Phase 2 will include denser sampling grids, detailed geological mapping, and potentially geophysics to vector toward the intrusive center. With only surface work done so far, the system remains wide open for scale.

CAPITAL MARKETS & ACCESSIBILITY

2025 has been a transformational year for Glenstar Minerals Inc. (CSE: GSTR | OTC: GSTRF | FSE: VO2) market profile. The company has deliberately focused on expanding liquidity, broadening geographic investor reach, and strengthening its capital structure ahead of its most active exploration phase to date.

Key Moves:

    • Name change to Glenstar Minerals (Apr 2025) – This aligns corporate branding with its core business focus and sends a clear message to the market that the company is about critical and base metals exploration.

    • OTCQB Uplist (Mar 2025) – Improves visibility among U.S. investors, particularly retail traders and small funds that focus on U.S.-listed microcaps. OTCQB also provides easier electronic trading access for U.S. brokers, potentially increasing daily liquidity.

    • Tradegate (Berlin) listing (Jul 2025) – Opens the door to European investors, especially in Germany, where there is a strong culture of retail investment in junior mining and commodity plays.

    • Share structure discipline – ~27.16M shares outstanding; recent warrant exercises raised C$78,891 without significant dilution, adding funds for exploration and G&A without undermining shareholder value.

Why This Matters to Investors:
For a microcap explorer, liquidity and visibility can be as important as drill results in attracting and retaining investor interest. By positioning itself on multiple exchanges and keeping its share count lean, Glenstar improves its ability to raise capital efficiently for future work programs while also making it easier for new investors — in both North America and Europe — to take positions as newsflow accelerates.

CATALYSTS & NEAR-TERM NEWSFLOW

Over the next 3–6 months, Glenstar’s newsflow is stacked with value-driving events that will directly impact the company’s exploration narrative and market valuation potential.

Upcoming Catalysts:

  1. Pending Green Monster Assays – Four holes from the inaugural program still have results to be released. Positive outcomes here could confirm that the new Zn-Ag zone extends laterally and vertically, and may even identify additional mineralized horizons.

  2. Green Monster Phase 2 Drill Plan – Details on drill targeting, meterage, and timelines will give investors a clear picture of how the company intends to scale up from the GMST-4 discovery. Importantly, Phase 2 will directly test the core of the magnetic anomaly that was only grazed in the first round — a high-potential target zone.

  3. Wildhorse Phase 2 Results – Denser sampling and possible geophysical data will help vector toward drill targets at this second project, demonstrating that Glenstar is advancing two opportunities in parallel.

  4. Potential Strategic/Corporate Developments – Positive technical results could attract interest from larger mining companies or strategic investors seeking early-stage exposure to Nevada critical metals projects.

Why This Matters to Investors:

    • Rapid Value Inflection Potential: The period between first drill success and the delineation of scale often delivers the steepest upward re-ratings in junior mining equities.
    • Multiple Shots on Goal: With two active projects in the same tier-1 jurisdiction, Glenstar isn’t dependent on a single drill hole or a single project to maintain momentum.
    • Continuous Engagement: Frequent, material news keeps the market engaged, supports trading liquidity, and creates multiple entry points for new investors.

CONCLUSION – MULTIPLE PATHWAYS, HIGH POTENTIAL

Glenstar Minerals Inc. (CSE: GSTR | OTC: GSTRF | FSE: VO2) is beyond the concept stage. Green Monster has yielded a new, high-grade Zn-Ag discovery in its first drill program — still open in all directions. Wildhorse is emerging as a genuine porphyry/skarn target with robust Cu-Ag-W-Bi signatures.

With market visibility broadened (OTCQB, Tradegate), a tight share structure, and stacked catalysts in the months ahead, Glenstar is positioned at one of the most asymmetric points in the exploration cycle — the moment between first discovery and the definition of scale.

For investors, this is not a “someday” story. It’s an active, catalyst-driven setup in one of the safest, most mining-friendly jurisdictions on the planet — with two Nevada shots on goal in the year ahead.
